CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY
We reserve the exclusive right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. When You register an account, request or access a Free Trial, purchase a Subscription, or use or access the Software and/or Services, We collect some personal information, such as Your name, contact information, mailing address, telephone number and email address. If You are purchasing, using or accessing the Software on behalf of an entity, then We may also collect the business name, address, contact information, industry, and Your position or job title. When You invite third parties to use or access the Software, or if You send information through or via the Software to others, We may collect and store those third parties’ contact information that You provide to us (all of the foregoing personally identifiable information is “Personal Information”).
- Automatically Collected Information. We automatically receive certain types of information when You access, use or interact with the Software, including any associated services, and when You send information to third parties or request information from third parties. This may include the IP address, browser type, identification numbers associated with Your device, Your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, metadata concerning Your files, and other interactions with the Software.

We may use certain trusted third party companies and individuals to help Us provide, analyze, and improve the Software and Service (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Software features). If You no longer desire to use the Software or Services You may send us an email to request a deletion of Your account at info@retailapp.com. In
some cases We may retain copies of Your information if required by legal requirements or court order.

- We have implemented measures designed to secure Your Personal Information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration and disclosure.
- The safety and security of Your information also depends on You. Where We have given You (or where You have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of Our Software, You are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask You not to share Your password with anyone.
- Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
